Entry 01 — Market data provider
dxFeed
Verified — data services only
Complete legal name
dxFeed Inc., a Delaware corporation, United States. Affiliated operating entities: dxFeed Solutions DE GmbH (Germany) and Devexperts LLC, trading collectively as dxFeed.
Regulator
dxFeed is a market data technology vendor and is not authorised as an investment firm, broker or payment institution. Its data distribution is governed by direct vendor licence agreements with each regulated exchange, and its controls are independently audited under SOC 2 Type 2 and certified to ISO/IEC 27001:2022.
Licence / registration number
Exchange vendor licence identifiers are issued per venue (for example NYSE, Nasdaq, CME, Cboe and Deutsche Börse vendor agreements). ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certificate and SOC 2 Type 2 report references are released to clients and auditors on request under NDA.
Direct official-register link
dxfeed.com — corporate and compliance disclosures. Exchange vendor status is verifiable directly with each venue’s market data department; ArkBridge supplies the per-venue vendor reference on written request.
Exact service performed
Licensed supply of real-time, delayed and historical market data sourced directly from regulated exchanges; symbology and reference data; and specialised calculation services, including SEC Rule 6c-11 compliance calculation packages for ETF vendors (portfolio composition, premium/discount and bid-ask spread statistics).
Which entity contracts with the client
ArkBridge contracts with the client. The client’s agreement is with ArkBridge alone. dxFeed contracts with ArkBridge as a supplier and has no contractual relationship with, and owes no duty to, ArkBridge clients.
Which entity receives or holds money
ArkBridge receives and holds client funds, in segregated client accounts held with tier-1 EEA banking institutions, kept separate from each other and from ArkBridge’s operational funds. dxFeed receives no client money at any point: it is paid licence fees by ArkBridge from ArkBridge’s own operational funds.
Countries and clients covered
Data coverage spans North American, European and Asia-Pacific regulated venues. Services are supplied to institutional and professional clients, including ETF issuers and their appointed vendors, asset managers, brokers and trading platforms. Retail distribution is not offered under this arrangement.
Compensation scheme
Client deposits are protected up to €85,000 per client in the event of ArkBridge’s default, through cover applying to segregated client funds held with tier-1 EEA banking institutions. Negative balance protection also applies to client accounts. No compensation scheme applies to dxFeed’s supply arrangement, as dxFeed performs no regulated investment service and holds no client money.
