Withdrawal Policy
ARKBRIDGE WITHDRAWAL POLICY
Effective Date: 14/06/2026
1. PURPOSE
This Withdrawal Policy governs all withdrawal requests submitted through the ArkBridge platform operated by OrynthBridge Technologies Ltd (“ArkBridge”, the “Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).
The purpose of this Policy is to protect client funds, prevent fraud, support compliance with Anti-Money Laundering (“AML”) and Counter-Terrorist Financing (“CTF”) requirements, maintain platform security, and assist the Company in meeting its legal, regulatory, and compliance obligations.
This Policy forms part of the Company’s Terms and Conditions and should be read together with the Company’s KYC Policy, AML Policy, Privacy Policy, Risk Disclosure Statement, and any other applicable legal or compliance documents.
2. GENERAL PRINCIPLES
ArkBridge is committed to processing legitimate withdrawal requests in a fair, secure, and efficient manner.
All withdrawal requests remain subject to account verification, security reviews, AML controls, fraud prevention procedures, sanctions screening, and applicable operational requirements.
Submission of a withdrawal request does not guarantee immediate processing, approval, or release of funds. The Company reserves the right to conduct additional reviews whenever it considers such reviews necessary or appropriate.
3. ELIGIBILITY FOR WITHDRAWALS
Clients may request withdrawals only where the relevant account is active, the account holder has completed any required verification procedures, sufficient available funds are held in the account, no compliance restrictions apply, no active investigation is underway, and all applicable withdrawal requirements have been satisfied.
The Company may refuse, delay, restrict, suspend, or cancel a withdrawal request where any eligibility requirement has not been met.
4. ACCOUNT VERIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
For the protection of clients and the Platform, ArkBridge reserves the right to require verification before processing any withdrawal request.
Verification may include proof of identity, proof of residence, payment method verification, selfie or liveness verification, source of funds documentation, source of wealth documentation, and any additional compliance documentation considered necessary by the Company.
Verification may be required regardless of the age of the account, the client’s previous activity, or whether documentation has previously been provided. The Company may request updated or replacement documentation at any time.
5. PAYMENT METHOD VERIFICATION
To prevent fraud, unauthorised transactions, and misuse of the Platform, ArkBridge may require verification of any payment method used to fund an account.
For bank transfers, verification may include proof of account ownership, bank statements, or confirmation letters issued by the relevant financial institution.
For payment cards, verification may include confirmation of card ownership, a partial image of the card, or supporting documentation from the card issuer.
For cryptocurrency wallets, verification may include proof of wallet ownership, blockchain verification procedures, transaction confirmation records, or any other information required to establish control of the wallet.
Failure to verify a payment method to the Company’s satisfaction may result in the delay, restriction, or refusal of a withdrawal request.
6. WITHDRAWAL DESTINATION REQUIREMENTS
As a general rule, withdrawals may be returned through the same funding source originally used to deposit funds, where this is reasonably practicable, operationally available, and legally permissible.
The Company may require an alternative withdrawal arrangement where a payment provider does not support withdrawals, fraud prevention measures require another method, compliance obligations require additional review, or operational limitations prevent the use of the original funding source.
ArkBridge reserves the right to determine the appropriate withdrawal method and destination in each case.
7. CRYPTOCURRENCY WITHDRAWALS
Where cryptocurrency withdrawals are supported, clients are solely responsible for providing complete and accurate wallet information and selecting the correct blockchain network.
Blockchain transactions are generally irreversible, network fees may apply, and transaction confirmation times may vary depending on network conditions.
ArkBridge shall not be liable for losses arising from incorrect wallet addresses, unsupported blockchain networks, client input errors, or wallet security failures outside the Company’s reasonable control.
The Company reserves the right to delay, restrict, or refuse cryptocurrency withdrawals involving sanctioned wallets, high-risk blockchain activity, suspicious blockchain addresses, or wallets associated with unlawful, fraudulent, or prohibited activity.
8. SOURCE OF FUNDS REVIEWS
The Company may require a client to demonstrate the lawful origin of funds before processing a withdrawal.
A source of funds review may be conducted where transaction volumes are unusually high, activity is inconsistent with the client’s account history, AML indicators are present, or applicable legal or compliance obligations require further review.
Supporting documentation may include bank statements, salary records, tax records, investment statements, business records, inheritance documentation, transaction records, or any other evidence considered appropriate by the Company.
Failure to provide satisfactory evidence may result in withdrawal restrictions, delays, or refusal.
9. SOURCE OF WEALTH REVIEWS
Where appropriate, ArkBridge may require documentation showing how a client accumulated their overall wealth.
Source of wealth reviews may be required in relation to high-net-worth clients, large transactions, elevated-risk relationships, enhanced due diligence cases, or any other circumstances in which further information is considered necessary.
The Company reserves the right to request additional explanations, records, or supporting documentation before processing a withdrawal.
10. WITHDRAWAL PROCESSING TIMES
Withdrawal processing times vary according to the payment method, verification status, compliance review requirements, banking procedures, blockchain network conditions, and the Company’s operational workload.
Any processing time estimate displayed on the Platform or otherwise communicated by the Company is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute a guarantee.
The Company shall not be liable for delays caused by financial institutions, payment processors, blockchain networks, third-party service providers, compliance investigations, legal restrictions, or force majeure events.
11. FEES
ArkBridge does not generally charge standard withdrawal fees. However, the Company reserves the right to introduce, modify, or apply withdrawal-related charges where reasonably necessary.
Third-party charges may apply, including banking fees, intermediary bank fees, payment processor fees, blockchain network fees, and foreign exchange charges.
Such charges are outside the Company’s control and remain the responsibility of the client. Any Company-imposed fee that applies at the relevant time will be disclosed through the Platform or otherwise communicated before processing where practicable.
12. FRAUD PREVENTION CONTROLS
To protect clients and the Platform, ArkBridge maintains fraud prevention procedures that may include identity verification, device analysis, behavioural monitoring, payment verification, account ownership verification, and transaction monitoring.
Where fraud concerns arise, the Company may delay or refuse withdrawals, request additional documentation, suspend account access, restrict transactions, or close the relevant account.
13. ANTI-MONEY LAUNDERING CONTROLS
All withdrawal requests are subject to AML monitoring and review.
The Company may investigate unusual transactions, conduct enhanced due diligence, request supporting documentation, monitor transaction patterns, and restrict transactions where concerns arise.
ArkBridge may refuse to process a withdrawal where AML concerns remain unresolved, suspicious activity is identified, sanctions risks are present, or legal or compliance obligations require intervention.
14. SANCTIONS COMPLIANCE
ArkBridge maintains sanctions screening controls designed to prevent unlawful or prohibited transactions.
Withdrawal requests may be delayed, restricted, frozen, or refused where sanctions concerns arise, a client becomes subject to sanctions, a withdrawal destination is associated with a sanctioned person or entity, or applicable law prohibits processing.
The Company reserves the right to take any action required to comply with applicable sanctions obligations.
15. ACCOUNT RESTRICTIONS
The Company may restrict withdrawals where account ownership is disputed, security concerns arise, compliance reviews are ongoing, required documentation remains outstanding, suspicious activity has been identified, or legal obligations require a restriction.
Any restriction may remain in place until the relevant matter has been resolved to the Company’s satisfaction or until the Company is legally permitted to remove it.
16. REFUSAL OF WITHDRAWALS
ArkBridge reserves the right to refuse a withdrawal request where false or misleading information has been provided, fraud is suspected, sanctions concerns exist, AML concerns remain unresolved, account verification requirements have not been satisfied, contractual obligations have been breached, or applicable law requires refusal.
The Company may also refuse a withdrawal where processing the request would expose ArkBridge, its service providers, or its clients to legal, regulatory, financial crime, operational, security, or reputational risk.
17. ACCOUNT CLOSURE AND FINAL WITHDRAWALS
Clients wishing to close their accounts must close all open trading positions, provide any outstanding verification or compliance documentation, request withdrawal of any eligible available balance, and satisfy all outstanding obligations owed to the Company.
ArkBridge may conduct a final compliance review before releasing funds and completing the account closure process.
18. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ArkBridge shall not be liable for losses arising from withdrawal delays, payment provider failures, banking delays, blockchain network issues, compliance reviews, fraud investigations, sanctions controls, or incorrect client instructions.
The Company’s legal, regulatory, security, and compliance obligations shall take precedence over any withdrawal processing estimate or anticipated completion date.
19. POLICY AMENDMENTS
The Company reserves the right to amend this Withdrawal Policy at any time.
Changes may be published through the Platform, the Company’s website, email communications, legal notices, or any other reasonable communication method.
Continued use of the Platform after publication of an amended Policy constitutes acceptance of the revised terms, subject to any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
