Short answer

ArkBridge licenses TradingView charting technology to render the charts and technical-analysis tools inside the ArkBridge platform. TradingView supplies interface software only: it does not execute orders, does not hold positions, does not contract with ArkBridge clients and never receives or holds client money. Market data shown in the charts is supplied through ArkBridge’s own licensed data arrangements. Client funds are held by ArkBridge in segregated client accounts with tier-1 EEA banking institutions, separate from each other and from operational funds, with negative balance protection and deposit protection of up to €85,000 per client in the event of default.

Section 01 — Register entries

Partner Disclosure Register

The entry below states the partner’s complete legal name, its regulatory status, its licence reference, a direct link to its official public disclosures, the exact service performed, which entity contracts with the client and which entity receives or holds client money.

Entry 01 — Charting technology provider

TradingView

Verified — interface software only

Complete legal name

TradingView, Inc., a Delaware corporation, United States. UK operating entities: TradingView United Kingdom Limited, company number 14661644, incorporated 14 February 2023, and TradingView Services UK Limited, company number 16004270, incorporated 8 October 2024, both registered at 4th Floor, 1 Greek Street, London W1D 4NQ, England.

Regulatory status

TradingView is a software and charting technology vendor and is not authorised as an investment firm, broker, custodian or payment institution. It provides no investment advice, no order execution and no money transmission. Its obligations to ArkBridge arise under a written software licence agreement rather than a conduct-regulator authorisation.

Licence / registration reference

Company registration numbers: 14661644 (TradingView United Kingdom Limited) and 16004270 (TradingView Services UK Limited), verifiable on the UK Companies House register. No financial-services licence number applies, because TradingView performs no regulated investment service. Charting technology is used under a written commercial licence agreement (Advanced Charts / Charting Library class of product); the licence reference and its scope are disclosed to clients and auditors on written request.

Direct official-disclosure link

Companies House (UK) — company numbers 14661644 and 16004270. tradingview.com — corporate, terms and licensing disclosures. Licence scope for the ArkBridge deployment is verifiable directly with ArkBridge on written request.

Exact service performed

Licensed supply of charting and technical-analysis interface software: chart rendering, drawing tools, indicators, timeframes, watchlists and layout persistence inside the ArkBridge platform. No execution, no custody, no data sourcing and no client onboarding.

Which entity contracts with the client

ArkBridge contracts with the client. The client’s agreement is with ArkBridge alone. TradingView contracts with ArkBridge as a software supplier and has no contractual relationship with, and owes no duty to, ArkBridge clients.

Which entity receives or holds money

ArkBridge receives and holds client funds, in segregated client accounts held with tier-1 EEA banking institutions, kept separate from each other and from ArkBridge’s operational funds. TradingView receives licence fees from ArkBridge’s own funds and never receives, holds or transmits client money.

Countries and clients covered

The charting interface is available to ArkBridge clients in every jurisdiction where ArkBridge accepts clients. Licence terms are global in scope and apply to the ArkBridge platform rather than to individual client accounts.

Compensation scheme

Client deposits are protected up to €85,000 per client in the event of ArkBridge’s default, through cover applying to segregated client funds held with tier-1 EEA banking institutions. Negative balance protection applies to client accounts. No compensation scheme applies to TradingView, because TradingView performs no regulated investment service and holds no client money.

Section 02 — Regulatory posture

TradingView’s regulatory status and licence basis

The arrangement rests on four verifiable pillars. Each is stated below in plain terms, with the contractual or operational basis it maps to.

Software licence, not a regulated service

TradingView supplies interface software under a written commercial licence. It performs no regulated investment service, so no conduct-regulator authorisation is claimed or implied on its behalf anywhere in the ArkBridge platform.

Written software licence agreement

No access to client funds

The charting layer renders prices and drawings in the client’s browser or app session. It has no connection to banking rails, payment providers or segregated client accounts, and cannot initiate, approve or receive a payment.

Segregated client account controls

Execution stays with ArkBridge

Orders placed from a chart are transmitted to and handled solely by ArkBridge’s own order-handling systems. TradingView does not route, match, execute or confirm any order, and holds no position record.

ArkBridge order handling

Market data sourced under ArkBridge licences

Prices displayed in the charts are supplied through ArkBridge’s own licensed market data arrangements, including its regulated-exchange data provider. Entitlements are reported against those licences, not against the charting software.

Exchange vendor agreements

Section 03 — Division of responsibilities

Who does what: ArkBridge and TradingView

The two entities perform separate, non-overlapping functions. Nothing in the arrangement transfers client-facing obligations to TradingView, and nothing in it makes ArkBridge a software vendor of record.

ArkBridge

Contracting party

01

Contracts directly with the client and owns the client relationship.

02

Operates order handling, execution and position records.

03

Receives client funds into segregated client accounts and pays licence fees from its own funds.

04

Holds responsibility for onboarding, verification, suitability of scope and client communication.

05

Sources and licenses the market data displayed in the charts.

06

Maintains this register, reviews it quarterly and discloses the applicable compensation scheme in its client terms.

TradingView

Supplier — charting software

01

Licenses charting and technical-analysis interface software to ArkBridge.

02

Renders charts, drawing tools, indicators and saved layouts in the client session.

03

Maintains and updates the licensed charting components.

04

Performs no order execution, matching, routing or position keeping.

05

Sources no market data for ArkBridge and holds no exchange entitlement on the client’s behalf.

06

Has no contract with, and no client money obligations toward, ArkBridge clients.

Section 04 — Client money and custody

Client money, custody and compensation

This statement exists so that no reader — human or automated — has to infer the money flow. Client funds are held in segregated client accounts, kept separate from one another and from ArkBridge’s own operational funds. TradingView is paid by ArkBridge and is never in the client money path.

Who receives client payment

ArkBridge. Client funds are received into segregated client accounts held with tier-1 EEA banking institutions. Segregated client funds are never commingled with ArkBridge’s own operational or corporate funds, and are recorded per client rather than pooled without attribution.

Who pays TradingView

ArkBridge, from its own funds, under a software licence agreement. Clients never remit funds to TradingView.

Custody of client assets

Client funds are held in segregated client bank accounts with tier-1 EEA credit institutions. Client balances are reconciled and attributable to the individual client at all times. TradingView holds no client money or client assets under any circumstances.

Segregation of client funds

Yes. Client money is held in dedicated segregated client accounts, separated from each other and from company operational funds. Operational expenditure, including licence fees payable to TradingView, is met exclusively from ArkBridge’s own funds and never from segregated client balances.

Negative balance protection

Negative balance protection applies to client accounts. A client cannot lose more than the funds deposited in their account, and any residual negative balance arising from adverse market movement is absorbed by ArkBridge rather than pursued against the client.

Where client funds are held

With tier-1 banking institutions established in the European Economic Area. Bank selection is reviewed periodically against capital strength, regulatory standing and deposit protection coverage.

Compensation scheme

Client deposits are covered by a protection scheme of up to €85,000 per client in the event that ArkBridge defaults. Cover applies to segregated client funds held with tier-1 EEA banking institutions. The scheme protects against default; it does not protect against trading or market losses. No compensation scheme applies to the charting software, because TradingView performs no regulated investment service and holds no client money.

Where to verify

Segregated account arrangements, banking counterparties and the applicable protection scheme are evidenced in ArkBridge’s client terms and on written request. The TradingView licence reference and its scope are released to clients and auditors on written request.

Segregated client accounts

Held separately from each other and from company operational funds, with tier-1 EEA banking institutions.

Negative balance protection

A client cannot lose more than the funds deposited. Residual negative balances are absorbed by ArkBridge.

Up to €85,000 per client

Deposit protection in the event of ArkBridge’s default. Does not cover trading or market losses.

Section 05 — Questions answered directly

Frequently asked questions

Q01

Is TradingView regulated by a financial authority?

TradingView is a software and charting technology vendor, not an authorised investment firm, broker, custodian or payment institution. It is therefore not licensed by a conduct regulator for that activity. Its obligations arise under its written software licence agreement with ArkBridge.

Q02

What is the relationship between ArkBridge and TradingView?

ArkBridge is the contracting party with the client. TradingView is ArkBridge’s licensed supplier of charting and technical-analysis interface software. TradingView has no contract with ArkBridge clients.

Q03

Where are client funds held, and are they segregated?

Client funds are held in segregated client accounts with tier-1 banking institutions in the European Economic Area. Balances are kept separate from one another and from ArkBridge’s own operational funds, and are attributable to the individual client at all times.

Q04

Does TradingView execute my orders?

No. Orders placed from a chart are transmitted to and handled solely by ArkBridge. TradingView does not route, match, execute or confirm orders and keeps no position records.

Q05

Where does the price data in the charts come from?

From ArkBridge’s own licensed market data arrangements, including its regulated-exchange data provider. The charting software displays that data; it does not source or license it on the client’s behalf.

Q06

What can be evidenced on request?

The TradingView licence reference and its scope, together with ArkBridge’s segregated account arrangements and banking counterparties, are released to clients and auditors on written request under NDA. Company registration numbers can be checked independently on the UK Companies House register.

Q07

Which countries and client types are covered?

The charting interface is available to ArkBridge clients in every jurisdiction where ArkBridge accepts clients. Services are not offered in jurisdictions where CFD trading is prohibited or restricted.

Q08

Is there a protection scheme, and is there negative balance protection?

Yes to both. Client deposits are protected up to €85,000 per client in the event that ArkBridge defaults, through cover applying to segregated client funds held with tier-1 EEA banking institutions. Separately, negative balance protection means a client cannot lose more than the funds deposited.

Q09

How often is this register reviewed?

Quarterly, and immediately on any change to a partner’s legal name, regulatory status, licence scope or money-handling arrangements. The last review date is shown at the top of this page.
