ARKBRIDGE WITHDRAWAL POLICY

1. PURPOSE

This Withdrawal Policy governs all withdrawal requests submitted through the ArkBridge platform operated by OrynthBridge Technologies Ltd ("ArkBridge", "Company", "we", "our", or "us").

This Policy is designed to:

  • protect client funds;

  • prevent fraud;

  • comply with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) obligations;

  • comply with Counter-Terrorist Financing (CTF) requirements;

  • maintain platform security;

  • support regulatory and compliance obligations.

This Policy forms part of the Company's Terms and Conditions and should be read together with the Company's:

  • KYC Policy;

  • AML Policy;

  • Privacy Policy;

  • Risk Disclosure Statement; and

  • other applicable legal documents.

2. GENERAL PRINCIPLES

ArkBridge is committed to processing legitimate withdrawal requests in a fair, secure, and efficient manner.

All withdrawals remain subject to:

  • account verification;

  • security reviews;

  • AML controls;

  • fraud prevention procedures;

  • sanctions screening;

  • operational requirements.

Submission of a withdrawal request does not guarantee immediate processing or approval.

The Company reserves the right to conduct additional reviews whenever necessary.

3. ELIGIBILITY FOR WITHDRAWALS

Clients may request withdrawals only where:

  • the account is active;

  • the account holder has been verified where required;

  • sufficient available funds exist;

  • no compliance restrictions apply;

  • no active investigation is underway;

  • withdrawal requirements have been satisfied.

The Company may refuse, delay, restrict, or cancel withdrawals where eligibility requirements are not met.

For the protection of clients and the Platform, ArkBridge reserves the right to require verification before processing any withdrawal request.

To prevent fraud and unauthorised transactions, ArkBridge may require verification of payment methods used to fund an account.

Verification may include:

Bank Transfers

  • proof of account ownership;

  • bank statements;

  • confirmation letters.

Payment Cards

  • card ownership verification;

  • partial card image verification;

  • card issuer documentation.

Cryptocurrency Wallets

  • proof of wallet ownership;

  • blockchain verification procedures;

  • transaction confirmation records.

Failure to satisfactorily verify payment methods may result in withdrawal delays or refusal.

6. WITHDRAWAL DESTINATION REQUIREMENTS

As a general rule, withdrawals may be returned through the same funding source originally used to deposit funds where reasonably practicable and legally permissible.

The Company may require alternative arrangements where:

  • payment providers do not support withdrawals;

  • fraud prevention measures require alternative processing;

  • compliance obligations require additional review;

  • operational limitations apply.

ArkBridge reserves the right to determine the appropriate withdrawal method in each case.

7. CRYPTOCURRENCY WITHDRAWALS

Where cryptocurrency withdrawals are supported:

  • clients are responsible for providing accurate wallet information;

  • blockchain transactions are generally irreversible;

  • network fees may apply;

  • blockchain confirmation times may vary.

ArkBridge shall not be liable for losses resulting from:

  • incorrect wallet addresses;

  • unsupported blockchain networks;

  • client input errors;

  • wallet security failures outside the Company's control.

The Company reserves the right to refuse withdrawals involving:

  • sanctioned wallets;

  • high-risk blockchain activity;

  • suspicious blockchain addresses;

  • wallets associated with unlawful activity.

8. SOURCE OF FUNDS REVIEWS

The Company may require clients to demonstrate the lawful origin of funds before processing withdrawals.

Source of funds reviews may be conducted where:

  • transaction volumes are unusually high;

  • activity is inconsistent with account history;

  • AML indicators are present;

  • regulatory obligations require review.

Acceptable documentation may include:

  • bank statements;

  • salary records;

  • tax records;

  • investment statements;

  • business records;

  • inheritance documentation;

  • other supporting evidence.

Failure to provide satisfactory evidence may result in withdrawal restrictions.

9. SOURCE OF WEALTH REVIEWS

Where appropriate, ArkBridge may request documentation demonstrating how a client accumulated overall wealth.

Source of wealth reviews may be required for:

  • high-net-worth clients;

  • large transactions;

  • elevated-risk relationships;

  • enhanced due diligence cases.

The Company reserves the right to request additional information where required.

10. WITHDRAWAL PROCESSING TIMES

Withdrawal processing times vary according to:

  • payment method;

  • verification status;

  • compliance reviews;

  • banking procedures;

  • blockchain network conditions;

  • operational workload.

Any processing time estimates displayed on the Platform are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute guarantees.

The Company shall not be liable for delays caused by:

  • financial institutions;

  • payment processors;

  • blockchain networks;

  • third-party service providers;

  • compliance investigations;

  • force majeure events.

11. FEES

ArkBridge does not generally charge standard withdrawal fees.

However, the Company reserves the right to introduce, modify, or apply withdrawal-related charges where necessary.

Third-party charges may apply, including:

  • banking fees;

  • intermediary bank fees;

  • payment processor fees;

  • blockchain network fees;

  • foreign exchange fees.

Such fees are outside the Company's control and remain the responsibility of the client.

Current fees, if applicable, will be disclosed through the Platform.

12. FRAUD PREVENTION CONTROLS

To protect clients and the Platform, ArkBridge maintains fraud prevention procedures that may include:

  • identity verification;

  • device analysis;

  • behavioural monitoring;

  • payment verification;

  • account ownership verification;

  • transaction monitoring.

Where fraud concerns arise, the Company may:

  • delay withdrawals;

  • request additional documentation;

  • suspend account access;

  • restrict transactions;

  • close accounts.

13. ANTI-MONEY LAUNDERING CONTROLS

All withdrawal requests are subject to AML monitoring and review.

The Company may:

  • investigate unusual transactions;

  • restrict transactions where concerns arise.

  • a withdrawal destination is associated with sanctioned parties;

15. ACCOUNT RESTRICTIONS

The Company may restrict withdrawals where:

  • account ownership is disputed;

  • suspicious activity has been identified;

  • legal obligations require restriction.

Restrictions may remain in place until the matter has been satisfactorily resolved.

16. REFUSAL OF WITHDRAWALS

ArkBridge reserves the right to refuse withdrawal requests where:

  • false information has been provided;

  • fraud is suspected;

  • sanctions concerns exist;

  • AML concerns remain unresolved;

  • account verification requirements have not been satisfied;

  • contractual obligations have been breached;

  • legal obligations require refusal.

The Company may also refuse withdrawals where processing would expose the Company to legal, regulatory, financial crime, security, or reputational risks.

17. ACCOUNT CLOSURE AND FINAL WITHDRAWALS

Clients wishing to close their accounts should:

  1. Close all open trading positions;

  2. Submit any required verification documentation;

  3. Request withdrawal of eligible available balances;

  4. Ensure all outstanding obligations have been satisfied.

The Company may conduct final compliance reviews before releasing funds and closing an account.

18. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ArkBridge shall not be liable for losses arising from:

  • withdrawal delays;

  • payment provider failures;

  • banking delays;

  • blockchain network issues;

  • compliance reviews;

  • fraud investigations;

  • sanctions controls;

  • incorrect client instructions.

The Company's compliance obligations shall take precedence over withdrawal processing timelines.

19. POLICY AMENDMENTS

The Company reserves the right to amend this Withdrawal Policy at any time.

Changes may be published through:

  • the Platform;

  • the website;

  • email communications;

  • legal notices.

Continued use of the Platform following publication constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
