This page walks through the whole withdrawal process: what to have ready before you start, how to submit a request from your dashboard, what happens once it has been submitted, and what to do if something is holding it up. Withdrawals are made from the withdrawal section of your account — choose your method, enter the amount and follow the instructions on screen.

Before you start

Before requesting a withdrawal

A few checks up front remove most of the reasons a withdrawal gets held at the review stage.

Access to your account

You will need to sign in to your ArkBridge account. If you are locked out, use the ‘Forgot Password’ option on the login page.

Completed account verification

Verification typically requires proof of identity — a passport, national ID or driver’s licence — together with proof of address, such as a utility bill or bank statement.

An available balance

Your available balance is shown in your dashboard. If you hold open positions, the remaining balance must still meet margin requirements.

An eligible withdrawal method

Withdrawals are made to a bank account or an integrated cryptocurrency wallet. Credit cards can be used for deposits only.

Payment details that match your account

Withdrawal requests are subject to payment-method verification. A mismatch between the account holder and the payment method can hold a request for further review.

Two-factor authentication enabled

Additional verification may be required for withdrawal requests and for changes to payment information. Two-factor authentication can be enabled in the Security section of Account Settings.

Eight steps from signing in to tracking the request. The exact wording on screen may differ slightly from the labels used here.

Log in to your ArkBridge account

Sign in through the ArkBridge platform. Only ever enter your details on the official ArkBridge domain, and never after following a link in an unexpected email or message.

Open the withdrawal section

Go to the ‘Withdrawal’ section of your dashboard.

Check your available balance

Your available balance is displayed in your dashboard. If you hold open positions, confirm the remaining balance will still meet margin requirements.

Select your withdrawal method

Choose from the methods available on your account: bank transfer or an integrated cryptocurrency wallet.

Enter the amount

Enter the amount you want to withdraw. Wire transfers have a minimum of 50 in your account currency; there is no minimum for cryptocurrency.

Review the details

Check the method, destination and amount before you continue. ArkBridge does not charge deposit or withdrawal fees, although your bank or payment provider may apply their own charges.

Complete any required verification

You may be asked for additional verification, including a two-factor authentication code. ArkBridge will never ask for your password or 2FA code outside the platform.

Submit and track the request

Submit the withdrawal. Crypto withdrawals are confirmed through standard blockchain processes; for other methods a confirmation is sent to the email address registered to your account.

After submission

What happens once you have submitted

ArkBridge processes withdrawal requests within 48 business hours. The time taken afterwards depends on the method: crypto withdrawals are typically faster, while bank transfers may take longer.

Received

Your request is recorded against your account and your available balance is checked.

Reviewed and verified

Identity, account ownership and payment-method verification are completed. Additional documentation may be requested where it is required.

Approved and sent for processing

Once approved, the payment is passed to the blockchain network or bank handling it.

Completed and confirmed

Crypto withdrawals are confirmed through standard blockchain processes. For other methods, a confirmation is sent to your registered email address.

Withdrawals are supported to bank accounts and integrated cryptocurrency wallets. Credit cards can be used for deposits only.

Cryptocurrency wallet

Withdrawals to an integrated cryptocurrency wallet. Confirmed through standard blockchain processes and typically faster than other methods.

Credit card (deposits only)

Credit cards can be used to fund an account. Withdrawals are not available back to a card, so funds are paid out by bank transfer or to a cryptocurrency wallet.

Wire or bank transfer

Withdrawals to a bank account in the account holder’s name, taking up to 5 business days after approval.

What a withdrawal costs

ArkBridge does not charge internal fees for deposits or withdrawals. Costs, where they arise, come from the provider handling the payment.

No ArkBridge deposit or withdrawal fee

ArkBridge does not charge for deposits or withdrawals and covers most payment processing fees.

Possible third-party charges

Your bank or payment provider may apply fees for international card transactions, bank transfers or unsupported currency conversions.

Wire transfers have a minimum of 50 in EUR, GBP or USD, and there is no minimum for cryptocurrency. There is no specific maximum for deposits or withdrawals.

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity, account ownership and payment-method verification before they are processed. These checks are designed to reduce the risk of funds being released to an unauthorised third party.

Additional verification may be required for withdrawal requests, for changes to payment information, and when your account is accessed from an unfamiliar device or location.

How client funds are held

Funds received for client trading accounts are maintained in designated client accounts, kept operationally separate from ArkBridge’s own operating funds.

What ArkBridge will never ask for

ArkBridge representatives will never ask you to disclose your password or a two-factor authentication code, and will never ask you to move funds to another account or wallet.

Troubleshooting

If you are having trouble withdrawing

Most held requests come down to one of the following. If none of them apply, our support team can look at the request directly.

Verification is incomplete

An incomplete identity verification or source-of-funds review will hold a request. Provide proof of identity and proof of address if they are still outstanding.

The payment details are not recognised

A mismatch between the account holder and the payment method, or a payment destination that has recently been added or changed, may require additional review.

The method you want is not available

Funds are generally returned to the method used for the original deposit, where that is practical and supported. Where it is not, payment is made by wire transfer.

The request is still being processed

Withdrawals are processed within 48 business hours, and provider processing time is added on top of that. Check the elapsed time before assuming something is wrong.

The request needs additional review

Where required, ArkBridge may request additional documentation or temporarily delay processing while verification is completed. You will be contacted through the email address registered to your account.

Your balance is committed to open positions

You can withdraw while holding open positions, provided the remaining balance still meets margin requirements.
