Every withdrawal moves through the same sequence. Most of the timeline is made up of two separate stages: the checks and approval carried out by ArkBridge, and the payment processing carried out afterwards by the blockchain network or bank involved.

What can affect withdrawal time

Not every factor applies to every request. The points below reflect the checks and conditions ArkBridge already documents as part of its withdrawal and client-protection procedures.

Incomplete identity verification

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity, account ownership and payment-method verification before processing. An incomplete identity verification or source-of-funds review can hold a request at the review stage.

A new or changed payment destination

Where the payment destination is new or has been modified, the request may be subject to additional review before it is approved. This applies to first-time withdrawals to a new destination.

A mismatch with the account holder

If the payment method does not appear to belong to the account holder, the request is reviewed further. These procedures are designed to reduce the risk of funds being released to an unauthorised third party.

48 business hours means two business days. ArkBridge business hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm GMT, excluding major holidays, and weekends are not counted, so a request submitted at the weekend starts on the next business day. Banks apply their own working days and holidays.

Your withdrawal is recorded against your account and your available balance is checked. If you hold open positions, the remaining balance must still meet margin requirements.
