Limits and costs

Method by method
Each payment method in detail
What the method is, whether it supports deposits and withdrawals, how it is processed, and the conditions that apply to it.
Cryptocurrency wallet
Deposits and withdrawals through an integrated cryptocurrency wallet. Transactions are confirmed on the relevant blockchain, which is why ArkBridge describes crypto withdrawals as typically faster than other methods once a request has been approved.
Credit card
Card deposits are made from the deposit section of your account. Card details are entered on the ArkBridge platform and transmitted using end-to-end encryption, and the deposit area applies fraud protection to card transactions.
Wire or bank transfer
A transfer made from your own bank account. Selecting wire transfer in the deposit section reveals the bank details to transfer to. Because the payment passes through the banking system, this is the method ArkBridge describes as potentially taking longer than the others.
Choosing a method
What to weigh up when choosing a withdrawal method
These are practical considerations rather than recommendations. Which method suits you depends on your own circumstances.
This page is factual information about the methods available. It is not advice, and it is not a recommendation to use any particular payment method.
Verification
Payment-method verification
Before a withdrawal is processed, ArkBridge verifies identity, account ownership and the payment method itself. Additional review may apply where a payment destination is new or has been modified, or where the payment method does not appear to belong to the account holder.
Processing times
How long each method takes
ArkBridge processes withdrawal requests within 48 business hours. After approval, timing depends on the method: crypto withdrawals are typically faster, while bank transfers may take longer. The withdrawal times page breaks this down stage by stage.
Fees
What each method costs
There are no ArkBridge deposit or withdrawal fees, and ArkBridge covers most payment processing fees. Charges can still come from your bank or payment provider, for example on international card transactions, bank transfers or unsupported currency conversions.
